“I am absolutely addicted to these little crispy pork bites and I want to show you how easy they are to make! You can also make them for a really affordable price as pork belly seems to be one of the cheaper cuts of meat available!” - Jack
Ingredients:
- Pork belly strips
- Gurt Sauces Chinese Five Spice Syrup
- Five Spice
- Garlic Granules
- Paprika
- Chilli Flakes
- Oil
- Chives
Method:
Cut your pork belly sliced into cubes. Don’t make them too small as they will shrink when cooking.
Transfer your pork belly cubes into a bowl and add your five spice, garlic granules, smoked paprika, chilli flakes & oil and give it a really good mix with a spoon so that all the bites are covered in your spices.
If you’re got time leave these to marinate in the fridge but if not you can just skip this and go straight into cooking! Place in an airfryer at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes give them a good shake before placing back in the airfryer for a further 10 minutes.
Place into a bowl and devour in Gurt Sauces Chinese 5 spice syrup.
Give it a good shake to get the sticky syrup all over it! Transfer to a bowl and serve with pasta, rice, potatoes or even on its own with a sprinkle of chives
