Standard Shipping Information

We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £30 on our website.

Cost of postage will change dependant on parcel weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer International shipping at this time. However, we'd love to know where you are ordering from - get in touch and we will try and make it possible!

What is your turnaround?

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm (Midday) will usually be shipped on the next working day. Please note that orders placed over the weekend may take longer to despatch due to high demand.

What delivery service do you use?

At Gurt Sauces we use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Please Note: If an item from your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you to see if you’re happy to wait for availability or would like a partial / full refund.
