Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original packing slip.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at info@gurtwings.co.uk with the reason for your return. We will then review and process your return. Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 16 Woodside Road, South Marston Park, Swindon SN3 4WA

Damaged Items

We hope your order has been delivered securely and that you are happy with your purchase. However, if any items are defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item - please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable

Used or opened. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

When will I be refunded?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gurtwings.co.uk.
