A sweet and savoury healthy salad, with a kick of Habanero Chilli Syrup. The perfect blend of sweet and spicy - a great lunchtime meal to fill your stomach!
INGREDIENTS:
- Mixed Leaf Salad
- Cucumber
- Salad Tomatoes
- Baby Mushrooms
- Avocado
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Salad Onions
- Feta Cheese
- Sweet Chilli Peanuts
- Salt & Pepper
- Gurt Habanero Chilli Syrup
METHOD:
Chop the cucumber, salad tomatoes, baby mushrooms, avocado, salad onions and feta cheese into your size preference pieces and amount.
Add the Mixed Leaf salad as your base in a salad bowl then chuck in all the chopped ingredients. Top with pomegranate seeds, sweet chilli peanuts and season with salt and pepper.
Last but not least, drizzle over the top Gurt Sauces Habanero Chilli Syrup, voila!
