Experience a delightful twist on a classic favourite. Our Korean Ketchup blends sweet and spicy flavours, created for and Introduced at Wing Fest 2021. This sauce was Gurt Wings ‘Wild Wing’ flavour which won the ‘Judges Choice Wild Wing Sauce Award’ and became runner up for the People’s Choice Award. Korean Ketchup adds a delicious kick to any dish.

Gurt BBQ Sauce

Our signature BBQ Sauce is a rich, sweet and smoky masterpiece. Goes with almost everything but ideal for marinating, grilling, or using as a dipping sauce. Created in-house at GCHQ, this tomato based sauce is rich in flavour, sweet and tangy but features luscious smoky undertones. Part of the Gurt menu since the early days, the Gurt Wings BBQ Sauce is favoured by the Gurt Team, and is a top crowd pleaser on our Trucks. 

Buffalo Sauce

Habanero Chilli Syrup

This Chilli infused Syrup is sweet to taste, with a slight after kick of Chilli to wake up the taste buds. A sauce that has stood the test of time. Our Chilli Syrup has been around since the start, and has always been a part of the Gurt Wings Menu.

Chinese 5 Spice Syrup

Created for and introduced at Wing Fest 2022 as the “Wild Wing” entry. Our Chinese 5 Spice Syrup won 1st Place for People’s Choice! This sweet syrup is packed full of flavour and low on the heat level. It's now a staple part of the Gurt Wings Menu and favoured by many.
